CONDITIONS

General business and procurement conditions of the Touristik-agency Andre-Tours, Rovinj:
The basic data library to be valid for all individual guest and travel organizers.
And the AGB`s the wod guest means individual clienst and travel organizers.

1.
The Touristik-agency Andre Tours works as an agent of accommodations and other services for different tourist providers.
Information about the offered services are able to be called up on the home page. The services are dependent on the respective provider.

2.
Andre-Tours commits himself to carrying out the wanted procurement properly and carefully.

3.
Andre-Tours gives the wishes of the visitor onto the provider selected by the visitor weiter. The lasted services are dependently on the respective provider special wishes are unobligatory, verbal promises are vain.

4.
After inquiry of the visitor he receives within 48 hours a confirmation about possible booking. The tourist providers stick to this offer 24 hours. If wereceive any, booking even by mail,phone/fax ,email occur in this time, the offer was run down.

5.
The offered accommodations are described after the official classification in categories of the tourist providers at the moment of the publication of the service on the Internet.
The standards of the accommodation, the food, the services and so forth are different in the individual places and areas and not comparable.

6.
The booking of the services occurs on electronic way, written and/or personal in the office of the Andre-Tours. With the deposit for the booking and/or with the settlement of the total amount the visitor completely accepts these basic data library.

7.
The travel prices are indicated in euro. The price includes the basic services as it was described in the booking. Special services which were not closed in the booking contract are to be paid from the visitor in a separated way. These services are supposed to be defined during the booking and to be paid besides to the travel price.

8.
Andre Tours reserves the right to change the published prices (in the case of one of the prices on the part of the touristischen provider or in the case of exchange rate changes).
Provided that the price change occurs before the checkless transfer of the deposit, Andre Tours commits himself to informing the visitor of the price change.

9.
The local valuation is to be settled according to the legal definitions simultaneously with the bill.

10.
Retirement of the booked journey through the visitor is possible only on written way.
The day at which the retirement declaration enters with Andre-Tours is regarded as an official date of the retirement.
In the case of a retirement the date of the receipt of the written retirement forms the basis for the calculation of the retirement costs, and indeed after following grading:
Retirement of 29 until 22 days in front of the arrival 10 % of the service price (the deposit will retain.)
Retirement of 21 until 15 days in front of the arrival 40 % of the service price (the deposit will retain)
Retirement of 14 until 8 days in front of the arrival 80 % of the service price
Retirement of 7 until 0 days in front of the arrival 100 % of the service price
Or for the case, that the visitor does not answer at the vacation place and/or calls off the stay after his agreed beginning, the visitor pays 100 % of the entire service price.
This is valid also for a breaking off of the vacation on the part of the visitor.

11.
The agency Andre-Tours commits itself to passing on the booking of the visitor to the tourist providers.
Andre-Tours exports all indicated duties complete and on the described way, except for in the case of extraordinary circumstances (as war, public distwbances,terrorism of actions, natural catastrophes and so forth).
The agency Andre-Tours reserves right, a booking to change or to cancel if through the tourist provider a journey is called off or canceled for example with too small number of subscribers at group journeys. This happens at the latest 5 days in front of starting of the booked journey.

12.
The visitor is engaged,

• to own valid travel documents
• the customs - and to keep to motto rules of the Croatia republic
• to pay attention to the house rules valid for the rented accommodations and with the
• to cooperate to tourist providers with good intention.
• with the arrival at the vacation place the tourist provider the documents about those ones
• paid services (Original voucher or other payment certification) hand over.
• The visitor is obliged to checking it for the entry to Croatia or into one the neighboring countries a visa benoetig.

In the case of the noncompliance of these duties the visitor bears the responsibility and has to pay for the arisen damage. With the booking confirmation the visitor commits himself to the case, that it causes a somehow immeditately damage, to refund the tourist provider to refund the costs immediately.

13.
ndre-Tours does not pay for damaged, destroyed or lost baggage. This is valid also for the theft of the baggage or of articles of value from the accommodation. Lost baggage or his theft are to be indicated to the touristischen provider as well as the responsible police station.

14.
The visitor commits himself to sitting down with complaints directly with the tourist provider in touch. The AGB's of the tourist provider are valid in this case.
Later complaints are not accepted by Andre-Tours.

15.
Venue is the place of the respective tourist provider.

Recommendation
We recommend every visitor to book an insurance for the booked journey. (Travel retirement, illness, loss of baggage).
